Retail customers
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law sit with the retailer you bought from. Please contact them first.
Wholesale partners
Faulty or incorrectly supplied goods can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Email wholesale@vyrra.com.au with your order number, SKU and photos of the fault.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are not offered on wholesale orders. Minor colour variation between screen and fabric is not a fault.
